- Does a KINGBE Oven have a warranty?
- Definitely YES!

- The most products are produced in Thailand or imported?
- The grills and accesories are imported from abroad. Including smoked wood chip, wood fire and wood pellet. Only KINGBE charcoal briquettes that we produce in Thailand and export abroad.
- Can I order products for future delivery?
- Yes, On orders for which the client wishes to lock in a ship date beyond six months in the future, KINGBE will accept an order deposit. This deposit will hold pricing on the listed items for six months from the sales order date.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival?
- If the product/s you have ordered are damaged between leaving our warehouse and arriving at your address you must contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your item.
- How quickly will my order be shipped?
- For in-stock products within Thailand are shipped 1-2 business days after the date your order was placed. If items are out of stock might take 4-6 weeks.
- Free shipping?
- Free shipping is only available in Thailand. KINGBE reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
- Where are my items shipped from?
- Most items are shipped directly from our main distribution center in BKK.
- How can be confident in product quality?
- We have been selling for more than 8 years. The quality of the products you can experience only when you actually try to use it. - Absolutely! Our in-store experts are available from 09.00am-5.30pm. You can also reach us through phone, Facebook, Line.
- Can I order replacement parts for my grill?
- Certainly! We stock some parts, and others can be sourced directly from manufacturers on request.
- What's the typical lifespan of a grill?
- With proper care and maintenance, your grill can serve you for years on end.
- How can I make payments?
- For in-store purchases, we accept a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery. Online purchases require 50% deposit or full payment upfront through bank transfer or Thai credit card.
- Do you have a return policy?
- While we primarily abide by our warranty, return requests are assessed individually.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, on request. Kindly note that additional taxes and shipping fees will be incurred by the customer.
